Prestige Mountain Properties – Pool Maintenance & Services<\/strong>
\nOpening Services:<\/strong>
\nInspect the pool area and remove any trash
\nCollect and store toys, towels, clothing, etc.
\nBlow off the pool deck
\nOpen and store pool and spa covers
\nVacuum the pool to remove debris
\nSkim the pool surface
\nTest pool water and record chemical levels
\nBalance chemicals as needed
\nEnsure automatic chemical feeders are working and set appropriately
\nEmpty poolside trash bins
\nClean and empty skimmer baskets
\nCheck and clean pump baskets
\nInspect filter pressure and clean or replace as needed
\nInspect and replace filter cartridges if necessary
\nCheck flow rate (GPM) of the pool system
\nCheck and record water temperature
\nClean and tidy poolside bathrooms and empty trash
\nMonitor water circulation
\nClosing Services:<\/strong>
\nPick up and dispose of trash
\nCollect and store toys, towels, clothing, etc.
\nArrange poolside furniture and ensure everything is in order
\nSecure pool and spa covers
\nProperly store any removable items (e.g., spa covers, chairs)
\nMiscellaneous Services:<\/strong>
\nSchedule routine health inspections as required
\nMonitor weather for lightning, wind, and\/or rain; take action as necessary (e.g., re-clean,
\nclose cover) In case of contamination (e.g., feces in the pool): Evacuate the pool
\nRemove contaminants and sanitize the area
\nShock the pool water with the appropriate chemicals
\nRestrict pool access for 8-12 hours to ensure proper sanitation
\nRetest chemicals and reopen the pool once it\u2019s safe
\nPay required fees for pool season opening and closing
\nArrange, clean, and store poolside furniture
\nMonitor and replenish pool chemicals as needed
\nStack and store chemicals appropriately<\/p>\n

\u00a0Open and prepare the pool for the season, including:<\/strong>
\nReassemble feeders and filters
\nEnsure pumps, heaters, and other equipment are operational
\nTurn on water for any associated fixtures (e.g., showers)
\nClean and organize poolside furniture
\nClose and secure the pool at the end of the season, including:<\/strong>
\nStore poolside furniture and equipment
\nTurn off water and any gas-powered equipment
\nRemove any seasonal signs and clocks
\nWinterize the pool and spa with appropriate chemicals
\nDrain and disassemble pumps and filters as necessary<\/p>\n
